Aveda Ayur is looking for a results-driven

PPC Specialist

to join our in-house marketing team in

Mohali

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns across

Google Ads

(Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping) and

Meta Ads

(Facebook & Instagram). Conduct in-depth

keyword research

,

competitor analysis

, and audience segmentation. Monitor and optimize campaign performance -- focusing on

CTR, CPC, CPL, and ROAS

. Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and ad placements for maximum efficiency. Create ad copy and collaborate with the design team to produce engaging visuals. A/B test creatives and landing pages to improve conversion rates. Use

Google Analytics

,

Meta Ads Manager

, and other tools for tracking, reporting, and analysis. Stay up-to-date with the latest PPC trends and platform updates. Align campaigns with overall marketing goals and strategy.

Requirements:

1-3 years of proven experience in

PPC advertising

(Google Ads & Meta Ads). Proficiency with

Google Ads Manager

and

Meta Business Manager

. Strong understanding of bidding strategies, campaign structure, audience targeting, and remarketing. Familiarity with

Google Analytics

,

Google Tag Manager

, and conversion tracking. Analytical and detail-oriented, with excellent problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

Google Ads or Meta Blueprint Certifications Experience with CRO tools (e.g., Hotjar, Unbounce) Familiarity with Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms
