The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies to enhance the university's brand presence, attract quality student admissions, and strengthen engagement with stakeholders (students, parents, alumni, faculty, and partners).
Key Responsibilities1. Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with the university's vision and admission goals.
Plan yearly and seasonal campaigns for admissions, events, and academic programs.
Monitor education sector trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
2. Digital Campaign Management
Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Optimize campaigns for lead generation, admissions, and brand awareness.
Manage remarketing/retargeting campaigns to nurture prospective students.
3. Content & Social Media
Oversee the creation of engaging content for the website, blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms.
Grow and manage the university's presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
Collaborate with academic departments to highlight achievements, faculty research, and student success stories.
4. SEO & Website Management
Ensure university website is optimized for search engines and user experience.
Implement SEO strategies to drive organic traffic.
Monitor website performance, track visitor data, and ensure updates for courses, events, and news.
5. Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze KPIs including leads, conversions, engagement, and ROI.
Provide monthly/quarterly performance reports to management.
Use data insights to improve campaign effectiveness.
6. Admissions Marketing Support
Run targeted campaigns for admission seasons across regions.
Nurture prospective student journeys using CRM tools, email, and automation.
Collaborate with admissions teams to meet enrollment targets.
7. Branding & Public Relations
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
Promote university events, conferences, research publications, and achievements digitally.
Coordinate with media and PR partners for online visibility.
