We're looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our overall marketing efforts, covering digital, traditional, content, and brand communication. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and loyalty while aligning closely with business goals.Key Marketing Responsibilities
Strategy & Execution
Drive 360 marketing (digital + offline) aligned with business goals.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and measurable campaign KPIs (ROAS, CAC, CLV, conversions).
Digital Marketing
Lead SEO, PPC, social media, influencer, content & email campaigns.
Grow social following, optimize website/landing pages, achieve ROAS & CTR benchmarks.
Brand & PR
Define brand voice and ensure consistency.
Secure positive media coverage, maintain >80% positive brand sentiment.
Content Strategy
Oversee content for web, social, ads, brochures, newsletters.
Deliver regular blogs, videos, and doctor-led educational content.
Offline & Events
Plan print, outdoor, community & event campaigns with footfall targets.
Manage vendor partnerships for cost-effective execution.
Data & Insights
Track KPIs with analytics tools, run A/B tests, deliver monthly performance reports.
Collaboration
Partner with Product, Sales, Ops & Support to improve patient journey and retention.
Introduce new tools/strategies (AI, chatbots, automation), stay ahead of healthcare trends.
Team Leadership
Build & mentor high-performing team, ensure >90% on-time deliverables, foster accountability & learning.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field (MBA preferred).
Proven success in integrated marketing (digital, offline, content, PR, events) -- preferably in healthcare or startups.
Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, PPC, and content marketing.
Proficient in Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Hub Spot, Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.
Exceptional copywriting, storytelling, and brand communication skills.
Leadership and project management experience.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
