Collaborate and coordinate with multiple marketing agencies.
Define scope of work, timelines, and output expectations for each partner/vendor.
Lead vendor negotiations, contract finalizations, and manage performance metrics.
Continuously research global marketing trends and implement relevant best practices.
Explore new technology tools and creative approaches to enhance campaign impact and automation.
Submit a report within 15 days of each visit detailing observations and insights on practices and innovations witnessed during that visit.
Maintain centralized control over marketing calendars, team productivity, and agency outputs.
Plan and manage multi-channel campaigns (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Display Ads, Email, Content, Influencer).
Lead project launches with digital roadmaps tailored for pre-launch, launch, and post-launch phases.
Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
Guide creation of landing pages, blogs, property brochures, videos, and other digital assets.
Build brand through storytelling, social proof (reviews/testimonials), and influencer collaborations.
