We are seeking a skilled

Digital Marketing Manager

to lead our growth in the North American market. The role involves planning and executing marketing strategies to boost brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement for our mobile and web development services. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player with a strong ability to identify target audiences and implement both online and offline campaigns to expand our brand presence and attract new customers.

Responsibilities



Plan, execute, and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, PPC, email, content, and social media). Develop and optimize website content to improve user experience and drive conversions. Identify and target key audiences to maximize campaign impact. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and HubSpot. Create engaging content including blogs, newsletters, case studies, and landing pages. Collaborate with the sales team to launch focused lead generation initiatives. Stay updated on the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements



A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline. A minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in IT or development services. Strong knowledge of SEO/SEM, Google Ads, PPC, and content marketing. Hands-on experience with analytics and marketing platforms. Excellent in communication, content writing, and decision-making. Prior experience working with the North American market is essential.

Preferred Skills:



Experience with Zoho or HubSpot CRM. Basic understanding of mobile and web development. Proficiency in email marketing and automation tools

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
