Manage
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads, YouTube Ads
, and lead form campaigns.
Optimize cost per lead (CPL), conversion rate, and lead quality.
Design offers, promotions, festival campaigns, and branch-wise lead plans.
Website & Landing Page Management
Coordinate development and optimization of
landing pages
for test drive, enquiry, and service booking.
Ensure proper
lead capture forms
, call-to-action (CTA), and tracking tools.
Improve website traffic and conversion rates.
CRM & Lead Management
Integrate digital leads with
CRM/DMS systems
.
Track lead flow, follow-up status, and conversions in coordination with sales and service teams.
Monitor lead aging and ensure timely allocation to branches and executives.
Social Media & Content Strategy
Plan and manage social media campaigns focused on lead generation.
Coordinate creatives, videos, reels, and promotional posts aligned with Hyundai branding.
Handle customer enquiries and comments generated through digital platforms.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor daily and monthly performance reports on leads, conversions, and ROI.
Analyze campaign performance and take corrective actions.
Prepare MIS reports for management review.
Vendor & Team Coordination
Coordinate with digital agencies, designers, and vendors.
Guide in-house marketing executives on campaign execution and follow-ups.
Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
3-6 years of experience in
digital marketing with strong lead generation focus
Experience in
automobile industry

Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills
