Job Description

Key Responsibilities:l - Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across social media, email, web, and paid channels to achieve business objectives. - Campaign Management: Plan, manage, and optimize online marketing campaigns, including SEO, PPC, social media, and display advertising. - Content Creation: Develop engaging online content, such as blog posts, videos, graphics, and clickbait, to drive website traffic and customer engagement. - Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key metrics, such as CTR, CPL, CAC, and ROAS, to refine campaign performance and channel efficiency. - Team Leadership: Guide content writers, designers, and analysts while coordinating across sales, design, and product functions. - Budget Management: Own digital marketing budgets and make spending decisions based on ROI projections and past campaign data. - Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing tools, trends, and best practices to optimize campaign performance. Required Skills: - Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of SEO, PPC, social media, and display advertising. - Analytical Skills: Ability to track and analyze key metrics, such as CTR, CPL, CAC, and ROAS, to refine campaign performance. - Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to align with stakeholders and explain campaign outcomes. - Leadership Skills: Ability to guide junior marketers, delegate tasks, and be accountable for team outcomes. - Creative Thinking: Ability to contribute ideas for campaigns, content hooks, and innovative outreach strategies. Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field. - Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints. - Experience with marketing automation tools, such as HubSpot or Marketo. - Familiarity with CRM systems and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
