Role


Hands-on performance marketer who drives leads, store visits and revenue via Meta & Google Ads, video content, and AI tools.

Core responsibilities:



Plan, launch & optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google Search/Performance Max, YouTube). Create 90-day content/video calendar and brief executions. Set up/maintain GA4, UTM tracking, conversion events and dashboards. Manage lead capture ? sales handoff; improve CRO & landing pages. Use AI/automation for creative, copy and reporting; run A/B tests.

Must-have:



4+ yrs performance marketing; expert in Meta Ads & Google Ads. Strong video planning + practical AI tool usage. Data-driven (GA4, Looker Studio/Sheets), CRO experience.
