The Digital Media Manager will lead the planning, execution, optimization, and analysis of all digital marketing initiatives across platforms. The role requires strong expertise in
Google Ads
,
AWS-based digital infrastructure
, and advanced proficiency with
digital media tools
to enhance brand visibility, drive performance, and support data-driven decision-making.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on
Google Ads
, YouTube, Display, and other PPC platforms.
Perform keyword research, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and ad performance analysis.
Track ROI, CAC, CPL, and other key metrics to improve results.
Digital Media Strategy
Develop and implement comprehensive digital media strategies across social, search, and display channels.
Manage content distribution, ad placements, and media buying across platforms (Meta, LinkedIn, Google, Programmatic, etc.).
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity for strategic insights.
AWS & Technical Management
Manage and oversee AWS-based setups for hosting, tracking, databases, or analytics dashboards.
Coordinate with development/IT teams for website performance, CDN, cloud storage, and tracking infrastructure.
Ensure digital assets run smoothly on cloud platforms.
Analytics & Reporting
Use tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, Data Studio, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
Generate daily/weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance and platform insights.
Conduct A/B tests, funnel analysis, and audience behavior tracking.
Social & Content Coordination
Collaborate with the content and design teams for creatives, landing pages, and campaign assets.
Ensure consistent brand identity across all digital touchpoints.
Leadership & Team Management
Guide and mentor digital marketing executives, ad specialists, and interns.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, IT, branding) for smooth operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field.
Proven experience (3-7 years) as a Digital Media Manager or similar role.
Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads
(Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max).
Strong working knowledge of
AWS services
relevant to digital infrastructure.
Hands-on experience with:
Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console
SEMrush / Ahrefs
Meta Ads Manager
LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Programmatic platforms
Email marketing tools (Mailchimp, SendGrid, etc.)
Strong analytical, strategic planning, and optimization skills.
Ability to handle budgets, deadlines, and multi-project coordination.
Preferred Qualifications
Google Ads Certification, Meta Blueprint Certification
Experience in SEO/SEM, automation tools, and CRM systems
Strong understanding of web technologies, tracking pixels, and conversion optimization
