We are seeking an experienced and innovative Expert of Digital Marketing to lead our digital marketing strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
2. Lead and manage digital marketing efforts, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to the rest of the company. Identify & Manage external digital agencies.
3. Create content and plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, search engine optimization (SEO), paid advertising (PPC), and content marketing.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, products, etc, to ensure alignment and maximize impact.
5. Analyze campaign results, identify areas for improvement, and optimize digital marketing strategies accordingly.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve digital marketing efforts.
7. Manage digital marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and ROI.
8. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including digital marketing agencies and vendors.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in leading digital marketing teams and developing effective digital marketing strategies.
2. Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including email, social media, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
3. Experience with digital marketing tools and technologies, such as marketing automation platforms, social media management tools, and analytics software.
4. Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the rest of the company.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze campaign results and optimize digital marketing strategies accordingly.
6. Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
