Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage
PPC campaigns
on Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn, and other advertising platforms.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to maximize ROI.
Write compelling ad copy and work with the creative team on ad creatives.
Optimize campaigns for performance -- CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.
Set up A/B testing and continuously improve landing page performance.
Monitor daily budgets, bids, and campaign health to ensure efficient spending.
Track and analyze campaign data to create actionable reports and insights.
Stay updated with platform algorithm changes and industry best practices.
Collaborate with SEO, design, and content teams for integrated digital strategies.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
10+ years of proven experience in Digital marketing.
Proficiency with: Ad Platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Bing Ads), Analytics & Tracking (Google Analytics, conversion tracking, UTM, Tag Manager).
Strong understanding of keyword strategy, bidding, and audience segmentation.
Experience with remarketing, display ads, shopping campaigns, and lead generation.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret performance metrics.
Strong attention to detail, communication, and reporting skills.
