Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize
Google Ads & Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads
to drive qualified leads and bookings.
Optimize and manage
Google Business Profile (GMB)
for visibility, traffic, and conversions.
Drive
SEO growth
across website pages, blogs, and landing pages.
Build
Domain Authority
through high-quality backlinks and off-page SEO strategies.
Execute and manage
digital marketing campaigns
across paid and organic channels.
Track, analyse, and report performance metrics including
Leads, ROAS, CPC, CTR, traffic, and keyword rankings
.
Continuously test and optimize
ads, creatives, landing pages, audiences, and funnels
for better conversions.
Coordinate closely with
design, content, operations, and tech teams
to improve campaign performance and user journey.
Stay updated with the latest
ad platform changes, SEO updates, and performance marketing trends
.
Requirements
Proven experience as a
Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing Manager
.
Strong hands-on experience with
Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and analytics tools
.
Data-driven mindset with a focus on
ROI and growth
.
Ability to manage campaigns end-to-end and work cross-functionally.
Experience in hospitality, travel, or high-growth start-ups is a plus.
