Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
Plan and manage digital marketing budgets and ensure cost efficiency.
Identify emerging trends and optimize performance across digital channels.
Performance Marketing
Manage and optimize paid campaigns on
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and YouTube
.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to improve ad quality and conversions.
SEO & Content Marketing
Oversee
on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
activities to boost organic reach.
Plan and supervise
content creation
for websites, blogs, and social media.
Ensure content aligns with SEO and brand tone guidelines.
Social Media, Creatives & Branding
Develop and execute engaging
social media campaigns
to increase visibility and engagement.
Oversee
creative design and visual content
, including banners, posters, and promotional materials.
Coordinate with graphic designers for
social media creatives, advertisements, and campaign visuals
.
Maintain consistent brand identity across all digital channels.
Video Creation & Editing
Plan and supervise
video content
for social media, product promotions, and campaigns.
Edit short and long-form videos for platforms like
Instagram Reels, YouTube, and LinkedIn
.
Work closely with the design and marketing teams to produce creative, brand-aligned video content.
Analytics & Reporting
Use tools like
Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, and Meta Business Suite
to track performance.
Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly performance reports with actionable insights.
Team Management
Lead and mentor the digital marketing team (executives, designers, interns).
Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure marketing alignment.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
.
2-6 years of experience in
digital marketing and team handling
.
Proficiency in
Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and social media management
.
Working knowledge of
Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or CapCut
for creatives and video editing.
Strong analytical, creative, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
