About the Role



We are seeking a seasoned

Head of Digital Marketing

to lead our digital marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 6.1 to 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.



Responsibility

Campaign Management


1.Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copy creation. Manage budgets to maximize ROI and maintain cost efficiency.

2. Analytics & Optimization


Track and analyze KPIs like CPC, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.Conduct A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and targeting. Provide regular performance reports and actionable insights.

3. Cross-Channel Strategy

Coordinate campaigns across multiple platforms for full-funnel performance. Explore additional channels like LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, or programmatic advertising.

4. Collaboration & Execution

Work with designers, content teams, and developers to ensure ad creatives and landing pages meet campaign goals. Stay updated with trends, platform changes, and competitor activities.

Requirements



2-4 years of experience in

Google Ads

and

Meta Ads

campaign management. Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and optimization techniques. Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads Manager). Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting and data analysis. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications



Experience with LinkedIn Ads or other B2B performance channels. Google Ads or Meta Ads certification. Familiarity with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) strategies.
