Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on
Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
and
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, etc.)
.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Optimize ad campaigns for performance, ensuring high CTR, lower CPC, and improved ROAS.
Monitor campaign budgets and adjust bids for best results.
Track and analyze campaign performance using
Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other tools
.
Create performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with the design/content team to develop creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.
Stay updated with the latest trends, updates, and policies in Meta & Google advertising.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience in managing and optimizing
Meta & Google Ads campaigns

Strong knowledge of
performance marketing, lead generation, and e-commerce advertising
.
Hands-on experience with
Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Ads Manager
.
Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
Creative mindset with problem-solving ability.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of SEO, remarketing, and funnel strategies.
Experience in managing budgets across multiple ad platforms.
Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint (a plus).
