Job Description

We are looking for a creative, dynamic, and trend-savvy

Digital Marketing Manager

who will lead our digital presence and social media campaigns. The ideal candidate must be excellent at content creation, strategy planning, and reporting, with a flair for quirky, fresh ideas. They should also be camera-friendly and able to act in front of the lens when needed (for videos, reels, live content, etc.). If you know how to ride the wave of the latest social media trends, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:-



Strategy Planning



Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with brand goals and target audiences. Plan campaign calendars across all digital channels (social media, email, web, etc.). Stay current with social media trends, algorithm changes, platform features; propose and test new formats and ideas.

Content Creation



Create engaging, high-quality content (text, graphics, video) for social media, blogs, email, paid campaigns etc. Oversee the production of video / live content - including being on camera when required. Ensure brand voice is consistent and resonant, but with a touch of quirkiness and creativity.

Social Media Campaign Management



Plan, launch, and manage social media campaigns (organic & paid) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. Coordinate with design / video / content teams or external creators to produce assets. Monitor campaign progress; optimize creatives, targeting, budgets to improve performance.

Reporting & Analytics



Create regular reports (weekly / monthly / campaign end) showing KPIs: reach, engagement, conversion, ROI, etc. Analyze performance data to draw insights and refine strategy. Use tools (Google Analytics, social media analytics dashboards, etc.) to track trends, measure success, and forecast opportunities.

Staying Trendy & Quirky



Keep up with pop culture, memes, viral content, and emerging platforms/features. Suggest ways to inject fun, originality and personality into content (motion graphics, reels, challenges, etc.). Be willing to experiment and take creative risks when appropriate.

On-Camera / Live Presence



Be comfortable speaking in front of a camera - filming reels, stories, live videos, brand promos. Collaborate with video teams to plan and execute video content. Maintain a presentable, confident on-camera demeanor; adapt tone/style depending on content and audience.

Collaboration & Leadership



Work cross-functionally with design, creative, content, product, sales teams to align messaging. Possibly lead a small team or coordinate external content creators/influencers. Manage budgets for campaigns (paid social, influencer, content production).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
