Key Responsibilities
Online Presence & Branding
Manage and enhance Adroit's online presence across websites, social media, and B2B platforms.
Ensure brand consistency in tone, messaging, and visuals.
Lead Generation
Identify and leverage B2B trade platforms (e.g., IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Alibaba, etc.) to generate qualified leads.
Track and optimize digital campaigns to maximize conversions.
SEO & Content Marketing
Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
Plan and create promotional content (blogs, case studies, videos, infographics, LinkedIn posts) to highlight Adroit's solutions and success stories.
Customer Engagement & Support
Engage with prospective customers via digital channels, respond to inquiries, and nurture leads.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover and follow-up of generated leads.
Analytics & Reporting
Monitor performance of digital campaigns, track KPIs, and prepare regular reports for management.
Suggest improvements based on data-driven insights.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
1-4 years of experience in
digital marketing

Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, SEM, and content marketing strategies.
