We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage, execute, and optimize social media activities across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of content trends, audience engagement, and platform-specific best practices, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and schedule content (static posts, carousels, reels, stories) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others
Write engaging captions, hashtags, and basic copies aligned with brand tone and campaign goals
Coordinate with the design and video team for creatives and reel executions
Manage day-to-day posting, story uploads, and content calendar execution
Monitor comments, DMs, and audience engagement; ensure timely responses
Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, followers, views) and share basic reports
Stay updated with social media trends, reels formats, viral content, and platform updates
Support campaign execution, launches, and festive or topical content
Ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience handling social media accounts (agency experience preferred)
Strong content sense with an understanding of trends, reels, and visual storytelling
Basic knowledge of tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, scheduling tools, etc.
Good written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
Ability to multitask and manage multiple brands simultaneously
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Basic understanding of analytics and insights
