Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned Digital Marketing Manager with 7-10 years of real estate marketing experience to lead and oversee our digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage brand presence across digital platforms, ensure effective coordination with our third-party marketing agency, and drive high-quality lead generation. This role requires strong strategic thinking, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple real-estate projects while delivering measurable monthly results.
Key Responsibilities
Digital & Social Media Management
Plan, manage, and monitor social media activities across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Review and approve content calendars, creatives, and posts prepared by the marketing agency.
Ensure all digital content aligns with project branding and marketing strategies.
Coordination With Third-Party Marketing Agency
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and external marketing vendors.
Share project updates, briefs, and requirements with the agency for timely execution.
Monitor agency performance to ensure quality output and timely delivery.
Lead Generation
Work closely with the vendor to conceptualize, run, and optimize lead-generation campaigns.
Track lead flow, verify lead quality, and ensure proper funnel management.
Coordinate with sales teams to track lead conversion outcomes.
SEO & Website Management
Oversee on-page and off-page SEO activities.
Monitor website ranking, keyword performance, and organic lead growth.
Coordinate with developers/agency for website updates and improvements.
Reporting & Analytics
Prepare and present a
monthly performance report
including campaign results, leads generated, budgets utilized, and key achievements.
Analyze data to identify areas of improvement and recommend actionable insights.
Project Management
Handle multiple real-estate projects simultaneously.
Coordinate marketing requirements for each project and maintain proper timelines.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications
7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real-estate sector.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, SEO techniques, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and analytics tools.
Proven experience managing third-party marketing agencies.
Excellent communication, coordination, and project-management skills.
Ability to analyze data and prepare professional reports.
