Key Responsibilities:
# 1. Performance Marketing:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn*, and other ad platforms.
Track performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS) to ensure strong results.
Perform A/B testingto improve creatives, messaging, and targeting.
Manage marketing budgets and maximize overall ROI.
# 2. Content Strategy & Creation:
Create and oversee engaging contentfor social media, websites, paid ads, and digital campaigns.
Coordinate with the creative team for graphics, videos, blog posts, and ad copies*.
Stay updated with trends to produce high-converting, platform-optimized content.
# 3. Social Media & Page Management:
Manage and grow brand pages across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube*, etc.
Plan monthly content calendars and ensure consistent posting.
Monitor page insights to improve engagement and reach.
# 4. Client Management:
Act as the primary contact for clients, understanding their goals and delivering results.
Share campaign updates, insights, and performance reports.
Maintain long-term client relationships through smooth communication and problem-solving.
# 5. Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor the digital marketing team for smooth execution of all tasks.
Assign responsibilities, set timelines, and track team performance.
Provide training to boost the team's skills and productivity.
# 6. System Creation & Optimization:
Build and implement SOPsfor performance marketing, reporting, and content workflows.
Use automation toolsto streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Analyze data regularly to optimize overall marketing performance.

Requirements:
3+ yearsof experience in performance marketing, content creation, and team handling.
Strong command over Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads*, and analytics dashboards.
Experience in client managementand social media page handling.
Knowledge of Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, CRM tools, and automation systems.*
Strong leadership, communication, creative thinking, and analytical skills.
