Are you a results-driven digital marketer with a passion for performance marketing and SEO? We're looking for a Performance Marketer to join our dynamic team in Mumbai! In this role, you will drive growth and engagement across multiple digital channels, optimize paid campaigns, and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

Paid Advertising & Social Media Marketing

? Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, PPC, and Local Listings Management to maximize ROI.
? Manage Google Ads, PFM, and other paid media campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.

SEO & Website Optimization

? Implement SEO strategies (on-page & off-page) to enhance search engine rankings and organic visibility.
? Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization to improve website performance.
? Monitor website traffic and optimize conversion rates (CRO) for better lead generation.

Data-Driven Marketing & Performance Analysis

? Conduct A/B testing to identify high-performing marketing strategies.
? Utilize Google Analytics and other data tools to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance.
? Provide insights and recommendations based on campaign analysis.

Requirements:

? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
? 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an advertising agency.
? Proven experience in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media platforms.
? Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in Google Analytics & A/B testing.
? Excellent communication, collaboration, and team-handling skills.
