Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across multiple channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, SEO, etc.).
Drive lead generation campaigns focused on hostel occupancy and brand awareness.
Manage SEO/SEM, social media presence, paid campaigns, and influencer collaborations.
Optimize performance marketing campaigns to maximize ROI.
Track and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and create actionable insights.
Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure alignment between digital strategy and business objectives.
Preferred Candidate Profile Minimum 4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
Proven track record in managing performance marketing, SEO, and digital campaigns. Experience in co-living / hostel management / real estate industry preferred.
Strong analytical and creative skills to deliver measurable business outcomes.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
