Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute social media, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to ensure brand consistency and impactful communication.
Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports to measure campaign effectiveness.
Stay updated with the latest digital trends, tools, and technologies.
Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize campaign performance.
Mentor and guide the marketing team to ensure high productivity and professional growth.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency environment.
Proven experience in managing end-to-end digital campaigns and achieving measurable results.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and CRM systems.
