About the Role

We are looking for a

performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager

who can lead our paid marketing initiatives across Google, Meta, and other digital channels. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in

Google Ads, Meta Ads, App Download Campaigns, and Monetisation strategies

, with a proven track record of scaling campaigns for

real estate, brands, or app-based businesses

.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimise

paid campaigns

across Google (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta (Facebook & Instagram). Drive

mobile app installs and engagement

using data-driven strategies. Build and manage

monetisation campaigns

to increase revenue from app and web platforms. Handle

lead generation campaigns

for

real estate and brand promotion

verticals. Manage

ad budgets, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and creative testing.

Track campaign performance and generate detailed analytical reports using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other tools. Troubleshoot issues, resolve ad rejections, and ensure smooth delivery of campaigns. Collaborate with the creative and content teams for ad copy, visuals, and landing page improvements. Stay updated with

latest ad platform trends

, algorithm changes, and performance marketing innovations.

Requirements

Experience in

performance marketing / digital ads

. Strong hands-on expertise in

Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)

and

Meta Ads Manager

. Proven experience in

app download and monetisation campaigns.

Experience in

real estate and brand promotion campaigns

is a strong plus. Excellent understanding of

CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, ROAS,

and related metrics. Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly. Problem-solving attitude with quick troubleshooting skills for ad performance or rejection issues.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking setup. Familiarity with affiliate marketing or influencer-led paid promotions.
