Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Executive to join our team. This role will involve designing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that elevate our brand visibility, generate leads, and support business development efforts. You will be at the forefront of our marketing initiatives, working across digital, print, and interpersonal channels to promote our services effectively.
Key Responsibilities
I. Marketing Strategy & Execution
? Plan, develop, and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns to support brand positioning and sales initiatives.
? Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align marketing goals with business objectives.
? Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
II. Digital Marketing & Analytics
? Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.), plan content calendars, and drive engagement.
? Execute SEO, SEM, and PPC campaigns to improve online visibility and lead generation. Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Insights, etc.) to measure ROI and optimize marketing
III. Branding & Communication
? Maintain consistency in branding across all channels and collateral.
? Craft clear and compelling marketing messages for different audiences.
? Develop press releases, case studies, and corporate presentations.
IV. Content Development
? Write, edit, and manage content for blogs, newsletters, websites, and brochures.
? Coordinate with designers and external vendors for creative outputs.
? Create pitch decks and proposals for business development.
V. Market Research & Business Intelligence
? Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on industry trends and customer behavior.
? Identify potential clients and segments for outreach and campaign targeting.
VI. Client Relationship Building & Event Marketing
? Organize webinars, workshops, and offline events to promote services and engage clients.
? Attend business expos, trade shows, and networking events to build connections.
? Assist the business development team in lead nurturing and follow-up activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
? 1 to 3 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in a professional services or consultancy setup.
? Strong verbal and written communication skills.
? Proficiency in marketing tools such as:
o Google Ads, Meta Business Suite
o Canvas, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop
o Mail chimp, Zoho Campaigns
o Word Press or similar CMS
? Deep understanding of marketing funnels, lead generation, and branding principles.
? Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
? Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail.
? Experience working in B2B environments is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
