Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Digital Marketing Leader who can independently manage our digital presence, develop result-oriented marketing strategies, and strengthen our brand image. This role requires a visionary marketer who understands the evolving digital ecosystem and can drive impactful campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, lead, and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Enhance brand visibility and strengthen company image across online & offline platforms.
Drive campaigns across social media, SEO/SEM, email, and content marketing.
Plan PR activities and collaborate for media exposure to boost brand recognition.
Monitor web traffic, campaign performance, and conversion metrics to ensure ROI.
Stay ahead of digital trends and competitor activities to keep the brand relevant.
Manage vendors, agencies, and freelancers as needed.
Report marketing outcomes to top management with clear insights and recommendations.
Desired Profile:
10+ years of proven experience in Digital Marketing & Brand Strategy.
Strong expertise in social media marketing, content strategy, SEO, paid campaigns, and PR.
Hands-on leadership in building and scaling brands.
Excellent communication, creative thinking, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and own the full digital marketing function.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
