Meghayu Pharma is a growing Ayurvedic pharmaceutical and wellness company dedicated to providing premium-quality products at affordable prices. We are now expanding our digital presence and seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing and growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and online sales.
Plan and manage marketing budgets effectively.
Performance Marketing
Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Amazon Ads, and other platforms.
Drive ROI through performance-based campaigns.
SEO & Content Marketing
Oversee SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, keyword research, backlinks).
Plan and execute content marketing (blogs, product descriptions, social media posts).
E-commerce & Marketplaces
Manage product listings, promotions, and campaigns on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, TATA 1mg, and other marketplaces.
Track sales, reviews, and optimize conversions.
Social Media Management
Build strong online communities through consistent, engaging content.
Run influencer collaborations and digital campaigns to enhance visibility.
Analytics & Reporting
Track, measure, and report campaign performance (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.).
Use insights to optimize campaigns and achieve sales/traffic targets.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in FMCG, Pharma, Wellness, or
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Amazon Seller Central, and analytics tools.
Ability to manage budgets, negotiate with vendors, and deliver growth.
