The Digital Marketing Manager plays a crucial role in planning and executing the company's strategy for revenue growth in the digital domain while ensuring consistent customer experience across omnichannel touch points.
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) and the P&L for eCommerce for each brand.
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch-points.
Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
Collaborate with agencies and other vendors & logistics partners.
Coordinate with the retail teams to ensure assignment on eCommerce customer orders and execution of the same.
Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
Candidate Qualifications & Skill Requirements:
Candidate must have a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business
Administration, or a related field and 5+ years of experience in digital marketing
Experience in negotiating & on-boarding partner/vendor agencies and maintaining these relationships for optimal performance
Strong expertise in all aspects of digital marketing, including SEM, SEO and performance marketing. Additional know-how on social commerce, and influencer marketing is an added advantage
Experience in the use and management of eCommerce Shopify portal and popular applications on the platform. In-depth experience in email, WhatsApp and other marketing tools
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with the ability to derive insights from data, track campaign performance, and optimize strategies based on metrics and KPIs. The ability to learn quickly from campaigns and make amends/changes basis early trends is an important aspect of the role
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and trends
Should be well organized, mature and diligently structured in their approach to any engagement
Strong communicator with a high level of maturity
