Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email, social media, content marketing, and display advertising.

Manage and optimize digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and others.

Oversee company's social media strategy and grow online presence.

Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on insights.

Manage digital marketing budget and allocate funds wisely.

Work with designers and content creators to develop digital assets (banners, landing pages, videos, etc.).

Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.

Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.

Use marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.) to streamline lead nurturing and email marketing.

Coordinate with external vendors and agencies when required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master's preferred).

4-7 years of proven experience in digital marketing.

Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, CRM software, and performance marketing.

Experience with social media platforms, online advertising, and web content strategy.

Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.

Proficient in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and relevant CMS platforms.

Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or similar is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
