We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced
Digital Marketing Manager
to lead our online marketing strategy across
SEO
,
Social Media
, and
Google Ads
. This role requires a well-rounded digital marketer with strong technical knowledge, creative thinking, and analytical skills to drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities:1. SEO Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and website visibility.
Conduct keyword research, site audits, and technical SEO analysis.
Collaborate with content and web teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across all web pages.
Monitor and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar.
2. Google Ads Campaign Management
Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube) to drive traffic and conversions.
Manage budgets, bids, targeting, and creatives to ensure optimal performance.
Track KPIs such as CTR, CPC, Quality Score, and ROAS.
Create performance reports and provide insights for ongoing improvements.
3. Social Media Marketing
Develop and implement multi-platform social media strategies (organic and paid) across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, etc.
Oversee the creation and scheduling of engaging social content aligned with brand voice and marketing goals.
Monitor community engagement, respond to comments/messages, and grow follower base.
Run paid social campaigns and optimize for engagement, reach, and conversions.
4. Data Analysis & Reporting
Track, measure, and report on all marketing efforts using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and platform-specific analytics.
Translate data into actionable insights to inform strategy and improve ROI.
Prepare monthly reports for leadership on digital performance.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with design, content, product, and sales teams to ensure cohesive marketing messaging.
Align digital strategies with overall brand and business goals.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience
in digital marketing with a proven track record in SEO, Google Ads, and Social Media.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.).
Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and KPIs.
Experience managing budgets and performance marketing campaigns.
Ability to write or review ad copy and content with SEO and engagement in mind.
Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
