About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven

Digital Marketing Manager

to lead our online marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

and

PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising

, along with hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and others.

Key Responsibilities:

SEO Management:

Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices (on-page & off-page). Improve website ranking and drive organic traffic through white-hat techniques. Conduct technical SEO audits and recommend fixes. Monitor analytics and optimize content for better search visibility.

PPC & Paid Advertising:

Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, and other ad platforms. Track, analyze, and report campaign performance and ROI.
Optimize ad copies, targeting, bidding strategies, and landing pages.

Campaign Strategy & Execution:

Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
Manage digital budgets and allocate spending across campaigns effectively.

Analytics & Reporting:

Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Data Studio for performance tracking. Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights.

Team & Collaboration:

Coordinate with content, design, and tech teams to support campaigns. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 4-5 years of hands-on experience in SEO and PPC. Strong knowledge of tools like Google Ads, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc. Excellent analytical skills and ROI-focused mindset. Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
