Create integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers
Supervise the execution, monitoring, and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success
Train Marketing Associates for the successful implementation of marketing campaigns
Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results
Communicate campaign recommendations back to their supervisors (Marketing Region/Project Head) very clearly and on a timely basis
Improve new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects
Writing and proofreading marketing copy, as well as ideating & creating designs for campaigns
?Attributes of the ideal candidate:-
Bachelor's degree in communication, digital marketing, or related fields
A prior job experience will be an added advantage
Managed multiple lead generation platforms - Social, Search, Programmatic, etc.
Knowledge of running B2B and B2C all types of campaigns- Display, Video, OTT, etc.
Ability to manage several marketing campaigns simultaneously
A good understanding of current marketing trends
Google Ads and/or Facebook blueprint certification required
Skills:-
Strong knowledge of Google Adword and/or Facebook Ads and/or other ads panel
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-starter who takes a pro-active approach
Strong analytical skills
Strong problem-solving skills
