We are looking for an experienced and creative Digital Marketing Manager who can help us scale our digital presence, boost traffic and online sales, generate leads, and improve user engagement across all platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search engine rankings.
Paid Advertising Campaigns:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across
Google Ads
,
Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads
, and
LinkedIn Ads
targeting B2B and B2C audiences in the healthcare and pharmacy sectors.
Healthcare App Marketing:
Create and implement go-to-market strategies to promote our healthcare app to patients, clinics, and prescribers.
Email Marketing & Automation:
Build and manage automated email marketing workflows, lead nurturing campaigns, newsletters, and drip sequences for pharmacy and app users.
Marketing & Sales CRM:
Utilize marketing and sales CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) for tracking leads, managing customer data, and automating workflows.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor campaign performance through Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM dashboards. Provide regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Website Management:
Design, develop, and maintain company websites using WordPress, ensuring SEO-friendly structure, optimal user experience, and regular content updates.
Content Marketing & Strategy:
Collaborate with content writers and designers to develop targeted content, blogs, videos, and landing pages aligned with healthcare trends and services.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the healthcare, pharmacy, or tech industry.
Strong experience in
WordPress
and
Shopify
website development.
Proven experience managing SEO and paid ad campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn).
Hands-on knowledge of
email marketing tools
(e.g., Mailchimp, Twilio-SendGrid) and
CRM platforms
.
Data-driven approach with experience using
Google Analytics
, Search Console, and ad performance dashboards.
Excellent communication skills and ability to translate marketing goals into digital campaigns.
Up to date with healthcare marketing regulations and compliance guidelines is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with UK healthcare/pharmacy compliance (NHS, MHRA, GPhC regulations).
Experience in marketing healthcare or pharmacy mobile/web apps.
Certification in Google Ads, HubSpot, or Meta Blueprint.
