Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and creative

Digital Media Manager

to oversee and manage our digital presence across web platforms and social media channels. This role requires a strong understanding of digital trends, web technologies, social media strategy, and content development to drive brand visibility, engagement, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:Website Development & Management



Oversee the planning, development, and launch of new websites and microsites. Manage and regularly update existing websites, ensuring optimal performance, security, SEO, and user experience. Coordinate with web developers, designers, and third-party vendors. Monitor website analytics and make data-driven improvements.

Social Media Management



Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Manage day-to-day posting, monitoring, and engagement. Analyze performance metrics and generate regular reports with insights and recommendations. Stay updated on platform trends and algorithm changes to optimize reach and engagement.

Content Creation & Management



Create compelling and on-brand content (text, images, videos, blogs) for digital platforms. Collaborate with designers, photographers, and writers to produce multimedia content. Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns and organizational goals. Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and branding across all channels.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field. Familiarity with SEO, Google Analytics, and social media insights tools. Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is preferred. Excellent project management and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience managing digital campaigns (organic and paid). Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms. Certification in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, or Analytics (optional but advantageous).

Pay: ?15,100.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
