Digital Marketing Manager

Deliverables:



1. Develop and implement a results-driven digital marketing strategy aligned with company objectives to increase brand visibility, customer acquisition, and revenue.

2. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, overseeing their performance, setting goals, and providing guidance for their professional development.

3. Plan and execute digital campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and display advertising.

4. Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and optimize marketing strategies accordingly.

5. Manage the company's online presence, including the website and social media platforms, ensuring content is engaging, relevant, and consistent with brand identity.

6. Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, generate reports, and present actionable insights to improve marketing efforts continually.

7. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Product Development) to align marketing strategies with product launches, promotions, and overall business objectives.

8. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, implementing innovative strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

As the Digital Marketing Manager at DAMATI GROUP, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase sales. You will lead a team of digital marketing professionals and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing goals.

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

2. Proven experience in digital marketing roles, with a focus on strategy development and team leadership. Experience in the [specific industry, if relevant] is preferred.
