About Us:

We are a purpose-driven NGO dedicated to helping underprivileged and orphan kids with education, medical assistance to cancer related diseases and abandoned elders. We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Expert who can amplify our mission through targeted ad campaigns and improved search engine visibility, with a focus on driving successful crowdfunding initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Google Ads Management:

Plan, execute and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube). Conduct keyword research, A/B testing and performance tracking.

Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads:

Develop compelling ad creatives and manage campaigns to drive engagement and donations. Monitor ad performance, optimize for conversions and report insights.

SEO Strategy & Implementation:

Improve organic search visibility via on-page and off-page SEO. Conduct SEO audits, keyword optimization, backlink strategies and content recommendations.

Crowdfunding Campaign Support:

Strategize digital outreach to maximize campaign visibility and contributions. Collaborate on landing pages, storytelling and donor targeting.

Analytics & Reporting:

Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Business Suite to generate performance reports. Provide actionable insights to improve ROI and engagement.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically Google Ads, Meta Ads and SEO.

Past work experience with NGOs or crowdfunding campaigns is mandatory.

Strong understanding of digital KPIs and performance metrics. Proficient in marketing tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, etc. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred:

Prior experience with NGOs or crowdfunding campaigns

Creative thinking with a passion for social impact and nonprofit storytelling.

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
