Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives across both company and franchise operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in content development, social media strategy, SEO, and brand management with strong creative and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

? Content Creation & Writing:

Develop compelling and SEO-optimized content for websites, blogs, and marketing campaigns.

? Social Media Management:

Plan, execute, and monitor social media strategies to increase engagement and brand visibility.

? Video & Poster Output Planning:

Lead the design and execution of video content and promotional posters for marketing campaigns.

? Franchise Digital Marketing Monitoring:

Supervise and support the digital marketing activities of franchise units, ensuring brand consistency and performance tracking.

? SEO - Company & Franchise:

Implement effective SEO strategies to enhance website traffic and search engine rankings for both company and franchise platforms.

? Monthly Calendar Planning

: Create and manage detailed monthly marketing calendars for content rollout, campaigns, and events.

? Branding Activities & Team Collaboration:

Coordinate with the social media and design teams to execute branding strategies and collaborative digital campaigns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
