- Digital Marketing Manager (Lead Generation & Performance Marketing)



We are seeking a highly skilled

Digital Marketing Manager

with strong expertise in

Lead Generation, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite (Facebook/Instagram Ads)

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns that drive

qualified leads, customer acquisition, and franchise sales growth

.

Key Responsibilities



Lead Generation & Performance Marketing

Design and execute paid campaigns across

Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping)

and

Meta Business Suite (Facebook & Instagram Ads)

. Drive

B2C customer acquisition

for retail stores and

B2B franchise leads

for business expansion. Set up and manage

conversion tracking, retargeting, and lookalike audiences

to maximize ROI.

Campaign Management & Optimization

Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for

CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality

. Conduct

A/B testing

for creatives, targeting, and ad placements. Manage digital marketing budgets effectively and deliver maximum ROI.

Analytics & Reporting

Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using

Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and CRM dashboards

. Prepare

weekly & monthly performance reports

with actionable insights.

Creative & Content Collaboration

Work with the design team to create engaging

ad creatives, landing pages, and lead capture funnels

. Ensure brand consistency across all digital campaigns.

Team & Vendor Coordination

Coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors for campaign execution. Stay updated on latest trends, algorithm updates, and competitor strategies.

Key Skills & Competencies



Proven experience in

digital marketing, with a strong focus on lead generation

. Hands-on expertise in

Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)

and

Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)

. Knowledge of

SEO, email marketing, and automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho CRM)

is a plus. Strong analytical mindset with experience in

Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and lead dashboards

. Creative problem-solver with strong execution and project management skills. Excellent communication & presentation skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
