The Digital Marketing Manager at Quixa Hypermart will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company's products and services. This role requires a creative thinker with strong digital skills to increase online visibility, customer engagement, and sales through various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, email, and other online platforms.
Manage the company's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
Create engaging content, graphics, and videos to promote offers, events, and new arrivals.
Analyze website and campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports.
Coordinate with the design and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Develop and manage the digital marketing budget.
Improve SEO and online visibility for Quixa Hypermart.
Respond to customer queries and comments on digital platforms.
Identify new digital trends and opportunities to grow the brand's online presence.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing (retail or supermarket experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, Google Ads, and email marketing tools.
Creative thinking and excellent communication skills.
Basic knowledge of graphic design and content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
