Develop the
annual digital marketing plan
aligned with company goals.
Create and execute
monthly and quarterly marketing strategies

Plan campaigns for intakes, admissions, promotions, and brand building.
4. Budget Planning & Control
Decide and manage the
digital marketing budget
effectively.
Optimize ad spend across platforms to maximize ROI.
Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
5. Target Planning
Set
monthly lead and conversion targets
for the team.
Ensure targets are aligned with admissions and sales goals.
Track achievement and take corrective actions where required.
6. Lead Management
Oversee the
lead generation and lead distribution process
.
Ensure proper lead tracking, follow-ups, and coordination with counselling teams.
Improve lead quality and reduce lead leakage.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience in digital marketing strategy and execution.
Proven ability to manage and lead a team.
Expertise in performance marketing, analytics, and reporting.
Experience in education or service industry is an added advantage.
