to manage and execute online marketing activities for our Head Office at Thrissur. The candidate will be responsible for promoting company products and services through digital platforms and improving brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.).
Create, manage, and update digital content including posters, creatives, captions, and basic videos.
Handle social media pages and respond to customer queries received through digital channels.
Promote company products such as loans, deposits, insurance, and other services through online campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement, and leads generated.
Coordinate with branch offices for promotions, offers, and campaign requirements.
Manage online advertisements (paid ads) if required and assist in lead generation activities.
Ensure brand consistency in all digital communications.
Required Qualifications
Minimum qualification:
Degree or Diploma
(Marketing, Media, or related field preferred).
Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
Experience in digital marketing or social media handling is preferred.
Knowledge of Canva, basic design tools, or content creation will be an added advantage.
