Digital Marketing Manager
to take full ownership of our digital presence and growth initiatives. This role requires strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and a strong understanding of how digital channels convert visibility into measurable business results. The ideal candidate will approach this role with accountability, precision, and a results-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Strategize, plan, and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across
Social Media and Google Ads
Drive content planning, oversee creation, and ensure consistent publishing across platforms
Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and deliver actionable performance reports
Manage and optimise
SEO, SEM, and paid advertising
for maximum ROI
Coordinate closely with
design and video teams
to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness
Ensure prompt, professional, and timely responses across all social media channels
Maintain strict adherence to timelines, budgets, and performance benchmarks
Requirements
2-4 years
of proven experience in digital marketing with measurable results
Strong working knowledge of
Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, LinkedIn, and Analytics tools
Ability to interpret data, optimise campaigns, and make informed decisions
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills
Proven capability to handle multiple projects with accountability and attention to detail
