Job Description

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to handle multiple brand accounts for our agency. The role involves planning, creating, managing, and optimising social media content to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute social media strategies for multiple clients across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube. Plan content calendars aligned with campaign goals, brand tone, and current trends. Create engaging content, including captions, creatives, reels, and short-form videos in coordination with the design and content teams. Monitor social media performance, analyse insights, and prepare regular reports with actionable improvements. Stay updated with platform trends, algorithms, and best practices. Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly. Coordinate with performance marketing teams to support paid campaigns and lead-generation activities.

Plan, execute, and optimise Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads),

including audience targeting, budget management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in an agency environment. Hands-on experience with

Meta Ads Manager

and campaign optimisation. Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting. Excellent communication, content writing, and creative skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines.
