Job Summary

:

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead and manage our digital marketing team, including SEO and Performance Marketing functions. The role involves driving strategy, overseeing execution, and ensuring strong ROI across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

:

Lead and manage the SEO and Performance Marketing teams Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals Oversee paid marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) and SEO initiatives Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and ROI Analyze data and share insights through regular performance reports Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business needs Mentor team members and ensure timely execution of campaigns Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field Strong hands-on experience in digital marketing (SEO & Performance Marketing) Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple campaigns and teams simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

:

Prior experience in a team lead or managerial role Experience in managing digital marketing teams or agencies Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
