Job Responsibilities

:

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with institute goals.
Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns, paid ads across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other relevant platforms.
Oversee lead generation, SEO, SEM, ocial media and content creation for generating leads.
Manage and optimize the institute's website, landing pages, and conversion funnels.
Lead and mentor the digital marketing team including the editors & designers, ensuring timely execution of campaigns.
Coordinate with Academics & Admissions department to align with marketing messaging.
Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports and insights, and optimize based on data.

Requirements

:

Strong understanding in marketing.
Strong expertise in paid ads campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads, lead generation, and analytics.
Proven ability to manage teams and deliver measurable results.
Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills, good with MS Excel or other analytical tools.
Previously handled marketing & media team.
Experience in education, coaching institutes, or EdTech is a strong advantage.

Experience

:

Minimum 5 years of total experience in digital marketing.
At least 3 years of full time experience in a leadership role
