Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team including designers, editors, content writers, digital marketers. Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met across all projects Serve as the primary point of contact for clients--understanding their needs, communicating updates, and ensuring satisfaction Translate client briefs into actionable plans for the team Conduct regular internal reviews to maintain quality and consistency Resolve workflow bottlenecks and optimize team productivity Maintain clear documentation of project timelines, deliverables, and feedback Collaborate with leadership to align team output with business goals

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 3+ years of experience in team management or client servicing within a digital or creative agency Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Experience using task management tools (e.g., Taskade, Trello, Asana) Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams Familiarity with digital marketing workflows and terminology
