Digital Marketing & Meta Ads Specialist (Hospitality)

Willostays is a premium stay experience provider dedicated to offering unique, comfortable, and memorable getaways. We are looking for a data-driven yet creative Digital Marketing Specialist to help us scale our bookings and brand presence through strategic Meta advertising and digital growth tactics.

Role Overview

We need a specialist who can go beyond "boosting posts." Your primary goal will be to design, execute, and optimize Meta Ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) that convert high-intent travelers into confirmed guests.

Key Responsibilities

Meta Ads Management:

End-to-end management of Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, including audience research, campaign setup, A/B testing, and budget optimization.

Performance Tracking:

Implement and manage the

Meta Pixel

and Conversion API to track bookings and user behavior on our website.

Creative Strategy:

Collaborate on (or create) high-performing ad creatives, specifically focused on

Reels, Carousels, and Video Ads

that showcase our properties.

Funnel Optimization:

Build retargeting funnels to capture users who have visited our site but haven't booked yet.

Reporting:

Provide weekly/monthly reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), CPC, and Cost per Booking.

Copywriting:

Write compelling, "scroll-stopping" ad copies that highlight the unique USPs of Willostays.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience:

1+ years in Digital Marketing (Experience in Hospitality, Real Estate, or Travel is a major plus).

Technical Mastery:

Expert knowledge of

Meta Ads Manager

. Familiarity with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and website tracking.

Creative Eye:

Ability to identify which visuals (photos/videos) will resonate with luxury and leisure travelers.

Analytical Mindset:

Ability to look at data and quickly pivot strategies if a campaign is underperforming.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
