Key Responsibilities & Requirements
Minimum
6+ years of experience
in Digital Marketing.
Strong hands-on experience with
Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Performance Max)
.
Proven experience running
LinkedIn Ads
and B2B lead generation campaigns.
Solid understanding of
SEO fundamentals
.
Ability to work independently while managing a team.
Familiarity with
AI-driven marketing tools
Excellent analytical skills with experience using tools like
Google Analytics, Search Console
, and reporting dashboards.
Strong communication, time-management, and project management skills.
Experience in the
EdTech sector
is a plus.
Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns across
Google Ads
,
LinkedIn Ads
, and other digital platforms.
Stay updated with all
latest Google Ads features, algorithm updates, and best practices
.
Lead and manage the digital marketing team while being hands-on with daily execution.
Improve campaign performance through data-driven insights and continuous optimization.
Manage SEO activities (on-page, off-page, keyword research, competitor analysis).
Utilize
AI tools
for automation, content generation, campaign optimization, and reporting.
Develop and execute digital strategies to increase brand visibility, traffic, and conversions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing plans.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports and performance dashboards.
Prior experience in
EdTech marketing
or managing EdTech clients will be an added advantage.
