ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital initiatives within the EV charging and automobile infrastructure development sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns to build brand visibility, drive lead generation, and strengthen customer engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives. Manage SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns, website content, and digital ads. Lead performance tracking, analytics, and reporting to drive continuous improvement. Plan and execute brand awareness campaigns, launch promotions, and online engagement activities. Coordinate with internal teams, designers, vendors, and agencies for campaign execution. Enhance online presence through content, performance optimization, and audience targeting. Monitor trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to identify opportunities. Manage digital budgets and ROI tracking.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Graduate or Post-Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

EXPERIENCE

Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager. Experience in automotive, EV, technology, or infrastructure sectors will be an added advantage.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

Strong knowledge of digital channels, SEO, SEM, analytics tools, and campaign management. Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities. Ability to design and execute high-impact marketing campaigns. Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Analytics, automation platforms, etc.

SALARY

₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

Immediate joiners preferred.
