Key Responsibilities

Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media, marketing materials, and digital platforms. Develop graphics, layouts, and visuals that align with the brand identity of Minus Studio. Capture on-site content (photos/videos) at project locations using phone or camera. Edit and produce short videos, reels, and storytelling-based content. Identify and adapt to the latest trends in design, digital media, and social platforms. Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to brainstorm creative concepts. Ensure timely delivery of content while maintaining high-quality standards. Maintain organized digital asset libraries and ensure consistency in visual communication.

Requirements

Strong graphic design skills with a good understanding of

visual aesthetics, color theory, branding

, and layout design. Knowledge of current

social media trends

and content formats. Experience in

photography or videography

(phone-based experience is acceptable). Creativity, storytelling ability, and an eye for detail. Willingness to

travel

for project-related content capture. Proficiency in design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar platforms. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a creative team.
